Politique d'expédition
We will pick and pack your order which can take up to 5 working days (This can be longer during Easter & Christmas) once the order has been fulfilled you will receive a notification and your order will be prepared to be shipped, once you have received a message via email from the courier company that will indicate that the order has been booked, the morning of the delivery you should receive a text message from the courier company giving you a shipping window. Please be aware that we can book orders in advance, so you may receive a notification.
Courier companies normally send a delivery window on the day of the delivery, It will be up to you to track your parcel, we cannot chase parcels unless you have not received a parcel at the given time or day. We will not respond to emails chasing orders within the given time frame.
We deliver Monday - Friday, No deliveries on Weekends and Bank Holidays. Any missed deliveries will be up to yourself to chase. Courier companies normally deliver from 7am until 8pm but this can also vary

Disclaimer: Please note that any packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will incur an additional shipping fee for re-delivery. Customers are responsible for covering this fee before the package can be resent.
We do not hold liability for timing for parcels being shipped for special occasions we only ask for you to give enough time when placing orders. Refunds cannot be given for late deliveries for any special occasion, we will stick to our normal picking and packing policies. Once parcels are shipped to the EU we are not responsible for customs hold ups, refunds cannot be given if customs hold your parcel for longer than normal.
