We aim to pick and pack your order within 5 working days. Please note that during peak seasons such as Easter and Christmas, this timeframe may be extended.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. When your shipment is booked with the courier, you will receive a notification email from the courier company. On the morning of delivery, the courier will usually send a text message with your delivery time window.
Please note: Orders can be booked in advance, so you may receive a shipping notification before the actual dispatch date.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Courier companies typically send a delivery window on the day of delivery.

It is your responsibility to track your parcel using the information provided by the courier.

We are unable to chase parcels unless the delivery time or date has passed and the parcel has not arrived.

Emails requesting order updates within the standard timeframes will not receive a response.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
No deliveries on weekends or Bank Holidays
Courier delivery times usually range between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, but may vary
Courier Shipping Times
Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–7 working days (This is after the picking and packing period)
No deliveries on Bank Holidays—orders will be delivered on the next working day
Please note that any packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will incur an additional shipping fee for re-delivery. This fee must be paid by the customer before the package can be resent.
We do not hold liability for timing for parcels being shipped for special occasions we only ask for you to give enough time when placing orders. Refunds cannot be given for late deliveries for any special occasion, we will stick to our normal picking and packing policies.
